The worst

I would give zero stars if I could. I would not use this company ever. I ordered the newspaper - with date of birth which sounded like a great idea. Leather look for around 70 pounds for a birthday present. I added the wrong date of birth. Immediately I updated it as per their request on their email. I thought this would be fine, I literally did it as soon as I realised.
Well no..... the following morning I get an email saying it is not possible. So I try calling them. Phone number Not working....
So I email them literally 50 times over the course of that day. At the end of the day- 5 pm - I get an email saying they contacted the warehouse and it was not possible.
Absolutely appalling customer service.
I then told them as it was a birthday present not to ship it as it was the wrong date and pointless. Sadly again ignored - so they shipped it....
I have to say this company is the worst. They took the money and were completely useless. They had the chance to do the right thing and did not. Do not use them.
