I was so excited to get this purse at is beautiful but sadly after less than a weeks use the zip on the inside pocket has completely broken. Disaster designs is a fairly expensive boutique style company so I expected good quality I am thoroughly disappointed.

I found this site by chance a while back.

I have ordered several times from here and I've never had issues.

I did have a faulty good I made one phone call and the advisor was happy to help and get the situation resolved as soon as she could.

The personal service is brilliant there's holding queue either.

I ordered 5 things for my children ....one was out of stock and when the order arrived out of the four things, one of the things was the wrong item!

It wasn't a big order and it was messed up completely. It's a shame as I saw several more things I was going to buy for my kids.

Won't be using again :(
