WHEN BOOKING MY GIFT TO USE ON HOTELS FULLY BOOKED EVERY WEEKEND FOR 3 MONTHS HAD LITTLE CHOICE ONLY HOTEL WE COULD BOOK FALLING APART WATER COMING IN THROUGH CEILING WHILE EATING BREAKFAST, BEDROOM CEILING FALLING DOWN, STAINED FLOOR IN BATHROOM, TOWELS STAINED, BEDDING STAINED ECT ECT WHEN WE COMPLAINED TO THE HOTEL THEY SAID TO TAKE IT UP WITH BUY A GIFT WHICH WE DID BEFORE EASTER SENT PHOTOS NO REPLY RE-SENT COMPLAINT NO REPLY. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE NOT INTRESTED
