We selected the grey dot for sta card base which would denote a grey base for out bobblehead. However we were sent a pink base. When we co tasted customer support they said we choose a pink base and refused to make it right. The selection button. For standard base is great, the word pink appeared nowhere on the page. One pictures shows a pi k base but the rest show grey bases for examples. Payapl refused our claim and now we are stuck paying $90 for a damn pink base. These people suck, don't order from them. They claim they will make things right but will not. Don't waste your money

I ordered a custom bobble head for my son's graduation. They sent me photos of the work in progress and I asked them several times to correct it as the bobble head looked like an old man. They sent me the product without the final ok and what I received was below average work. The bobble head looked nothing like my son and the writing was crooked and half of it was missing. I emailed them to ask them to re do it and they refused. Don't buy off them, it is a waste of money. I'm too embarrassed to give this to my son and now I'm stuck with a bobble head that looks like an old man.

Don't order from bobblegift. We order a Custom Parents Anniversary Bobblehead Figures from Bobblegifts in Nov 5, 2021. They sent the final product without consult our opinion, and the product they sent is not similar to their sample on their website, and of course, totally different from the photo we sent them. The figures are terribly made. For example, the woman is as high as the man due to oversize head that count for 1/3 her body, although originally she is much shorter (even in their sample on the website, the woman is shorter than the man too). Or, the base in the sample is green with little blackbox in front for Inscription, the final product is a simple cheap grey base. We contacted them via email, website many times asking for explanation but no response at all.

Now we sending a gift of an old man with a much younger stranger to our dear parent, they must be shocked with these odd figures! We paid NZ$200 for not professional service! Very disappointed!

Please don't waste your money and time on their service, honestly! Really painful!
