I only wanted to say that I appreciated the whole thing to the full. The product design was simple, enjoyable, and versatile. The customer service was good and friendly and helped me to make a perfect gift that was better. And during this pandemic, the product came on time, without delay.

I was so pleased when I received my delivery, within the same week that I ordered them. This was the first time getting my clothing labels printed, but I have so much confidence in Bags of Love, that I highly recommend their services. Very professional and quick turn over time. I loved that I got emails sent to me confirming my purchase then another email regarding when it will be dispatched. This gave me the reassurance that I hadn't wasted my money. Overall I'm very happy with my product as it looked exactly how I designed it on their online site.

I ordered a box of samples of the different fabrics from Bags of Love that they could print my designs on as well as a small sample print and a card of clothing labels. They arrived very promptly, far quicker than I thought, so that was good. I was also impressed with the huge range of fabrics available that I could have my designs printed on. This is very useful information for me to make decisions on what I will make when I start trading, knowing what is available and how soon it will arrive. I didn't like the fabric I had my design printed on as a sample, but now I have samples of the whole range of fabrics, I won't make that mistake again, I have the information to hand to help me make the right decision. The label sample card also has lots of useful information on for when I have decided what I want to put on my labels. The prices also seem very fair compared to the company I currently use, which is not based in the UK or Europe, so everything takes a long time to arrive and sometimes incurs customs duty because it is from a country not in the EU.

Website and templates easy to use. I appreciated the apps where you could preview your design on the Tee shirt template. Also the feedback that the images submitted were scored mediocure, good or very good. Response times were good and the product arrived in good order. The costs are expensive in my view but the material is good and the print quality excellent.

Overall great customer service and well packaged item. Would certainly recommend to a friend and use again myself.

Although ideally I'd like more information about the fabrics used (where they come from, 'rub' test info), overall this has been a really positive experience. Nice fabrics, good range, quality printing, prompt service and response to queries.

My personalized throw pillow looks lovely. I selected to create a photo collage with 36 pictures total, which makes the photos smaller and a little fuzzier, but the resolution is actually quite good if you look at it from afar. One aspect that can be improved is the colors for the background of the photos and the back of the pillow itself. I personally prefer dark colors like black, hunter green, royal blue because if the pillow were to get dirty, it wouldn't be as obvious. Another aspect is the white frame encircling each picture - I would've liked there to be an option where I could remove this feature and just have the photo. But other than that, the pillow is nicely made, and I was pleasantly surprised. Delivery was so fast - I ordered the pillow on Sunday and received it Thursday! The customer support team is also super helpful - I had a question regarding my payment, and a member responded to me within 12 hours. I'm excited to bring my new pillow to college with me! First time ordering from B.O.L. I odered the fabric sample pack. They ketp me up to date with the status of my order. Speedy delivery. I would of liked a copy of the Invoice inside the parcel but apart from that im very happy. They offer a broad range fabrics to choose from. Each digitaly printed so you have a better knowledge of how the fabric handels thd dye. Thumbs up Bags Of Love!!

I had some real difficulty with the post office as they managed to lose my first delivery. I had to wait until the 15 working days had passed to get a new delivery sent out, but as soon as that time passed, bagsoflove sent out a new product by next day delivery. Very quick, and happy with the final product!

Very good quality print with colours true to the picture and quality of the photo. Excellent service and very efficient. I would recommend this service to friends and family. It may be more expensive than some other sites but the quality is worth paying for. Very easy website with a good variety of sizes and designs. Fastest service I could find and although there was not as many gizmos to tweek the appearance of the book the quality was great and they even emailed to give me advice.

I was delighted with the finished product. Not the cheapest but excellent quality. Not being a computer buff I got a little mixed up when 'producing' my item on line but when I got to the 'going to throw the laptop out the window stage' I contacted the helpline and a very patient young man guided me through the maze! I quickly followed up my original order with another and we are waiting in anticipation for what will no doubt be another satisfactory and pleasant outcome.

Pro's: - Great choice of fabrics - Good quality digital printing - Cheaper than many other places Cons: - Would probably need samples before deciding upon a fabric for digital printing - The need to see what the fabric is made out of (not mentioned on website, might help asking customer services or online chat)

I got my order very fast on first class delivery, I was worried about the result because of my low quality pictures choice but they did a great job , I am satisfied with the product. I will re-use it in the future and I recommend it .
