Trevligt bemötande vid telefonsamtal. Tänk på att många släktforskare är äldre som har svårt att förstå datainformation. Texten bör vara entydig och på svenska. Alla käcka förbättringar (ändringar) undanbedes, ger bara ilska och tidsförluster. Gissa att de flesta önskar bara enkel registrering. Sambandet mellan family tree builder och webbplatsen vid synkronicering har jag aldrig förstått. Nu har jag fått rådet att ta bort programmet på hårddisken och bara använda webben för att det inte ska gå fel.Att använda smart info med försiktighet annars är risken stor för dublering.

I found the site quite good considering the little personal information that I had. Therefore I need to go into more personal sstuff to give the site more to go on and give me further details. What I thought was very good was the 'stars' giving you the best results in your search which saved you lookng at hundreds of names. I would certainly use 'Heritage' again for future reserch

Went on line to activate DNA kits...Finally called for help. Both times agents were helpful. Just sorry I had to wait over 20 minutes for help when I was told I was #4 on wait time.

It must be a major task answering the many queries from around the world from members of this comprehensible family tree programme. Most of the queries can be answered from the knowledge base within the programme but sometimes it is necessary to make a call or send a query to be answered on the phone. It may day a couple of days to get round to you but when a pleasant individual rings and quickly sorts out your query, its well worth the wait. So, I'm very happy with the support for this programme and after trying many over the years this one is the most detailed and has enabled me to get so much information about my family.

Had a problem with my tree and when I finally got through was helped out quickly by a pleasant lady.”But” must add very very disappointed with the on line queries,have two pending and still haven’t heard from MyHeritage.

My bank statement indicated 2 large deductions for a membership I hadn't signed up for. I called and got a promise of a refund. Today I got an email saying it was being sent to me. The person I spoke with was very helpful. Thanks.

It's been 5 weeks and I haven't received my results - getting anxious, as I'm desperate to know where my ancestors are from. Spoke to the lovely Maor, at Myheritage today, who put me at ease straight away - said they'd replace my kit as a priority, at no extra cost! Wow! Great service - waiting in anticipation for my replacement kit! Thanks Maor!

I called about my charges on my account and a very nice man gave me a lovely discount. I was very pleasantly surprised. I love MyHeritage anyway since it is so easy to research my family with it, but now I love it even more because of their customer service. I do sometimes get a little confused using the program, but I am learning each time I work with it. I just need more time to work on my genealogy, and I would be a happy camper. I would have liked to know how much I could find through using MyHeritage; I would have signed up sooner.

I had a difficult question. I had combined two different family-trees with each orther. My family tree and. A famiily-tree from family off my grandmorther. Now ask people more than hunderd me question about the family-tree of the orther side. This is impossible for me. What to do ? ..... I can 't refuse smart-matches. I explained my family situation. A late grandmorther with 3 different men. (3 times a widdow ) how awful. All that children. Where is William ? I don't know. Poor fellow ! from the Netherlands
