i had a problem that made me think all my work was lost. when i called MyHeritage to get the problem solved, I had the good luck to connect with Axxxe. She was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I am very glad and happy at my good fortune tonight. I have called in several times for different topics, some simple and some more technical. The customer service team is outstanding, they don't make you feel bad for not getting everything right away and are very helpful in every way! They even gave me next steps to do while waiting for things to happen on their end. DNA is not easy but for those questions and technical questions as well I have always been given easy to understand direction and explanations! I was thinking of re-joining MyHeritage (MH) after having been on Ancestry.com. Needless to say, Ancestry was quite a bit more expensive to boot. Now this isn't to say that Ancestry didn't have some good points, they did, but it seemed clear that MH was just more user friendly, period, after comparing MH with Ancestry. So, I called MyHeritage today to get some information on how to transfer 2 family trees originally started on MH and nearly completed on Ancestry, as I still had 2 separate accounts on MH. It appeared that it would be complicated to do. My husband and I were connected to a man, and he couldn’t have been more helpful if he had tried. He was just plain nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Originally, he suggested that we contact Customer Service, but then checking our two accounts he saw that it would be easy enough to do right on line as we had 2 computers running at the same time and we could do it very quickly. So, we followed his instructions, and wallah as they say, we exported and imported the necessary ged.com files and into one account and deleted the other, all in a matter of minutes. Then after talking to him about what plans were available, he convinced us that for my needs, the best option would be to get the Complete plan which includes the data subscription which would allow me to get records and data that I yet do not have. MyHeritage was nice enough to give me a discount if I return. With Breck’s assistance, the choice was obvious, and I rejoined today. It was kind like “old home week”. Remembering some of the nicer things about MH, made me glad that I came back. One of the things especially are are all the options when it comes to printing your tree. There is no comparison. MH IS THE PLACE! So, to the person I dealt with and MH, thank you for being there.

The assistance I got was excellent. The explanation of the completed action was easy to understand, I would defiantly recommend this site to my friends as it is easy to use and the customer service reps are very knowledgeable.

I had a very informative phone visit with a customer support rep who was very helpful and answered questions to my satisfaction. I am quite pleased with the results of my DNA testing and it more or less reinforced what I already knew of my background, but I received even more detailed information and that was exciting! My experience thus far has been a positive one.

We have called three times since we began using the results of MyHeritage DNA. The Personnel are extremely helpful and very respectful. The information can be overwhelming but they take the time to explain what we were having problems understanding. The individuals we spoke with were easily understood and pleasant. It was a pleasure speaking with them. If we had to choose one thing, it would be the bit of a wait to speak to someone but after speaking to someone, it was worth the wait.

First I made a call with thier supoort service and after 2 days they call me back , although I am in asustra (österreich) and they speak german, the woman was on the phone speaks very cleary English as I requeted for . My Heritage Customer support was great and I rate them 5 out of five .

The Help Support Person that helped me, was very knowledgeable. He answered every question I asked. I never felt rushed he took his time explaining in detail things I didn’t quite understand about how to determine how some of my DNA such as West Asia, and Ashkanazi Jewish would be in my DNA. I apologized I took up so much time, He said that’s no problem I’ll take whatever time to make sure everything was answered. It may not have been in those exact words but I felt good about what he was telling me. Thank you My Heritage I hope someone tells him how pleased I was

I found the site quite good considering the little personal information that I had. Therefore I need to go into more personal sstuff to give the site more to go on and give me further details. What I thought was very good was the 'stars' giving you the best results in your search which saved you lookng at hundreds of names. I would certainly use 'Heritage' again for future reserch

I contacted My Heritage by phone to help connect my DNA results to my tree on My Heritage. I liked the feature which told me my place in line. Although I solved the problem while waiting for my turn, I appreciated confirming that I had solved the problem. My other questions were answered efficiently, but thoroughly. Thank you.

There was a problem in my shipping address, so I had to 'tell' my correct address to the customer support lady, who was very patient and repeated them letter by letter back to me for to be sure.
