Bad moderating but ok for resolving virgin broadband issues

This site will get you faster answers to your questions than the official virgin forum. The technical posters will give you good information compared to the lip service offered by the official channels.

However, beyond this the forum is stuck in the dark ages. Unless you are willing to give your blood and swear allegiance to virgin media and never speak of another isp, give this cult-like forum a miss.

The moderating is extremely bad on this forum and lo and behold anyone who dares to share a negative opinion of virgin media and the virgin groupee's and devotee's will attack with such vengeance. Reply to any of these comments and the moderators will jump out from behind a corner and cut off your fingers one by one and in doing so removing your right to post again.

To summarise, handy for acquiring help with your virgin broadband problem but a nasty community bred from bad moderating and site ownership. Give it a miss unless you have to go there.
