I ordered some flowers for a birthday, absolutely stunning when they arrived. Unfortunately within 2 days they were starting to deteriorate, after 1 email with a photo this was dealt with immediately with a replacement bouquet which were fabulous. Customer service is so important when things go wrong, I always use prestige for flower gifts and this was the dirst time there was an issue
