I received a dozen red roses from M&S for Valentine’s Day from my husband. The leaves were wilted and crispy on arrival, obviously been dead for quite some time. The flowers heads were wilted but I thought they may revive with water, however two of the flower heads dropped off the next day and on inspection the joint between the stalk and flower was rotten.
The rest of the flowers have wilted and didn’t recover in the water.
I was very disappointed and my husband upset. The person who dispatched them couldn’t have failed to see that they were not fit for purpose.
