Never buy anything from this site. they dont even know how to talk to their customers and deliveries are always late.  Losers.

Friends never ever order ... Everything is bad abt them .., wht to say. I think they r few people who are not even educated ..I would just say if we all unite we can file case against them .They spoiled everything  ..So u can imagine ..

It's about the valentines flowers order. The flowers were never delivered. I tried to get and answer for 4 days. Till the 18/2/16@1020, no one had any information, except they kept saying the order was delivered. Then @ 11am they tell me order cancelled on 15/2/16.

I know they are lying about the dates. I'm still awaiting refund.

Really rude staff and management.

They don't even give proper information to customer in chat as well and after that they deny from what they said.

Dont ever bother using them again .. they dont delvier any occassion in time .. i had rakhis missing in consecutive years .. its makes it worst celebrations ever ..

i have order a cake for my dad mom anniversary .

they delivered it late and evn the cake which i order was different and which we received was something else.

I placed order on indiaflowermall and they failed to deliver order on my mum's bday even though after placing order then charged me extra for shipping to a remote area. please find some other website, do not trust them.

I am know going to wait for my refund in 5 - 7 days and lets see if they do that also or not. My order number was IFM154443. Their customer service reps are always available on chat though. Fault is at management end, not their sales reps according to me.

I had send online eggless cake on 16th February 2015 to Goa. It cost me 28.50 dollars to send the cake. When cake was delivered and during birthday celebration the box was opened and to surprise the cake was damaged one side. It was not in round and one side up. Also when it was cut it was dry as and not to be eaten . Whole cake was thrown out in bin.

Guys I humbly request all you guys not to use this online site which operates in Goa as Goa online gifts. The worst ever online site I have come accross and the customer service is so bad they never bother to reply or refund or replace cake.
