Ordered flowers to be delivered. Receipient never received. Company sent email saying flowers had beed delivered. I've sent 3 emails to them asking where exactly they delivered these flowers to and who they delivered them to. Alas no response from them. Utter shambles Please do not use this company if purely for the lack of response to any emails sent to them. Smacks of dodgy dealings to me and we dont care we have your money. So onto paypal for fraud investigation and attempting to claim money back. It is simple reply to email and ask your delivery driver where and who you delivered these flowers to. Not rocket science. Avoid Do not use.

I ordered flowers for my wife from the UK on their website. Charged £96.79 for flowers in a box with chocolates. My wife received a bunch of roses. I've emailed to complain, no surprise there hasn't been a reply. They do comment flowers may be substituted for a different colour but of course they don't state they will just swap the order for something of far less value...……….Don't touch them.

This company ruined my girlfriend's valentines day. Never responded to emails inquiring about delivery status. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back.

Ordered flowers and paid for them 2 weeks before delivery date. The flowers didnt arrive despite all the pathetic excuses made by the Company. If you want dissapointment and heartbreak then go ahead and use them. Stay well away from this Company

I would not recommend ordering flowers from this company. I asked to deliver by 10am, and they did not deliver until late afternoon. The flowers were old and wilted. I have tried to contact the company by phone, email and live chat. But they do not respond. Do not buy from this company.

my boyfriend ordered the rose for surprise me at valentine's day. The massages call to me with bad voice . In important They get old rose. Its leave in first day . Its not fresh. I thought they buy the roses in many day ago because its cheap. Bad service. Sent the rose not take cover without. Cant contact with staff. They show number mobile but its still log off always. Feel bad with service. And I talk with my boyfriend. That we will to change shop for order the flower in next time.

Absolutely hopeless. Delivery supposed to be between 7pm and 9 pm! Delivered the flowers to my girlfriend while she was at the BTS Ekamai,not our address as requested at 6.00pm Reason for this,NOT BETWEEN 7 and 9. Delivery guy rang her during work hours and said he had flowers for her, completely destroyed the surprise. It was not that difficult,i supply the address,the time,and instructions,ring when you are at the security door of the condominium. That was the second booking i've made with these amateurs. First time,last year for Valentines day.They took the booking,the money,then sent me an email the next day that they could not deliver as they where to busy and would refund me. To late to organise something when your in the middle of the jungle the day before you would like the delivery made. Never ever again, thats a 100% strike rate of failing!

Terrible service, They didn't deliver the flowers I ordered. My fiance had to go pick them up by the flower shop. They called her and said they didn't have a driver. Thank God I can tell the World on the Internet. The note I wrote was all messed up and duplicated word I wrote two emails asking you to fix it and you didn't. Do not ever use gogoflorist.com. I will make shure that they never get my business again. I'm getting married and I will not use this shop.

I totally agree with all the previous complaints above. EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT experience. I ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend since 26 of Jan. It was suppose to be delivered on the 14 Feb at 11 sharp. I got the confirmation and everything, but the flowers never get there when the day came. I emailed them, but no answered. I even tried to call them on their provided phone number on the website and Paypal, but no answer from the number provided on the website. Anyway it was interesting that the provided number on paypal actually was some guy number in Chiang Mai. So I advised the guy to go to the local police and filed a formal complaint on business fraud. By day end, My girlfriend was really mad, and it ended up ruining the surprise. I also filed a formal escalated complaint on Paypal that evening. The next morning the company got back to me and apologized. They said that their system was down and their orders got all mess up. Right I don't believed that lol. They promised that they will specially take care of the order by noon of the Feb 15. I called them by noon again, but they tried to play dumb and said whose said we're going to take care of your order. That just got me really and I gave them a deadline to deliver the flowers by 3 before I go to the police. They sent me the email say that the flowers was delivered per my request, but no evidence of delivery what so ever. I talked to this [name removed] guy and he tried to play dumb on me. He never clarified what actually happened. I totally have no idea if the order got there or not. Any how, I have contacted the local police and they are investigating and hopefully they will catch these cheaters soon. Since, I didn't get the service that I paid for, and I think I am entitled for a full refund no matter what. P.S. Please [name removed] get back to replying my email. I am the only one that say you are playing dumb and do not give me the answer to the question that I ask.

Day like valentine are important for some people special who are far away from there loved ones. Using of GoGoFlorist was very unpleasant experience as I couldn't get flowers to my loved one. Even the contact number on website is not in in use. 1st it's cell number no landline or fixed number. Very bad. Some persons even mention that he didn't get his delivery and also his money. He named them cheaters. I reckon not to use this service specially on special day like that. Valentine. Adnan

The company delivered roses with a Halloween teddy bear in a valentines day . They also did not attached the card as customer ordered. After a couple complaints, I got another bear with a ugly peice of paper that has handwriting with a blue point pen on it. The paper looks very cheap and was stapled with the bear. The pictures that they present their product in the website is like a dream compare to what you get it in reality. The service that they offered..... Speechless!!!!!! The whole thing is rubbish.

I was trying to send my wife flowers for Valentine's Day. Gogoflorist took my money and said they would deliver that day. The following day I sent an email asking what happen, and they never responded. The next day they sent an emailing stating the whole staff is sick and they cannot deliver my purchase. So you're telling me the whole staff is sick and you have no fill ins for the sick people. An extremly selfish company that will not provide the service they guarantee, and if they do give you your money back it takes a half a month to get it. I fully advise you not to use gogoflorist, and become a victim like myself. KEEP YOUR MONEY, for another florist company that will stick to their word and deliver what you purchase

Last week I ordered flowers and a cake for my wife's birthday for delivery on 11/Feb. I am well aware that this falls into the Valentines Day mad rush. I made sure to check that they deliver anywhere in Thailand since my wife is visiting family in Nongbulamphu (Esan). Order placed. Email acknowledgement of order received. THAN nothing until I inquired about the confirmation email on order being delivered. I got a email saying delivery can not be made due to where the wife lived. No acknowledgement in my query as to refund back to my credit card. Not recommended
