I have used this outfit seven times over 2 years in both Bangkok and Samui. They have made mistakes 2 our of 7 occasions; and when you consider how critical your flower delivery might be to a potential girlfriend then this is unacceptable.
The first mistake was delivering flowers which lasted just 2 days; the second was not delivering on-time which resulted in a huge e mail and telephone chain which spoilt the surprise of the gift.
The biggest problem is that they will not, under any circumstances, resppnd to any complaint. Its just typical of most of Thailand... No one wants to lose face and accept any responsibility.
I will not be using them again.
