Flora Queen delivered wrong bouquet which was old and dry. Customer service is not responding to emails, customer service agent promised to solve issue but since then for 48 hours no one get back to us. How to get in touch with management of Flora Queen, who will respond for not providing service which they advertise and get paid for? Is dry old bouquet with totally different from order flower a true standard of Flora Queen?
