Hi, I ordered some tulips for my elderly mother's birthday & free chocolates for delivery on Wednesday....not happy at all when I saw them through her window - looked half dead, all drooping & not as I was promised they would look or still in bud! Also she didn't get any chocolates! Wish I'd bought a bunch in the local shop now as would of been better & cheaper. Will not be using you again but would appreciate another bunch (20) or my money back in full. Please call or email me to discuss. Thank you yours very disappointed. Mrs Dredge
