Paid for flowers on 12th March for Mother’s Day including an increased amount for tracked delivery - No flowers arrived Mother’s Day, and multiple phone calls all unanswered, also no response to emails. Have requested call back of funds through credit card company, but I can’t warn enough to avoid this sham of a company. Disgusting exploitation and worse service. Avoid like the plague.

Avoid this useless, unreliable company. Ordered some flowers for Mother's Day on 16 March, 3 days in advance of the day. They stated the flowers would be delivered on the 19 March. They also claimed the delivery could be tracked as part of their £5.99 delivery fee. The reality is that there is no way of tracking the delivery. The flowers didn't arrive on the 19 March. Tried to contact them and also sent emails but never had a response. The flowers finally arrived on the 21 March, which was useless. They didn't look like the ones advertised or have the balloon that was part of the offer. The flowers were also poor quality and were not fresh. I could have got a better quality bouquet from Tesco for £5. Still waiting for a response from them as I guess are hundreds of other disappointed customers. Avoid them at all costs.

Ordered flowers for my mum’s 87th birthday. They sent her a bunch of carnations that you’d get at a petrol station with no greenery. The included balloon was deflated. They didn’t care that I wasn’t happy. They sent a cut and paste answer that their senior florist was satisfied so I was wrong!! AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I have ordered lots of flowers flowers neighbour's which never arrived on the day I paid for. No tracking and no customer service. I am horrified by the reviews and should have checked. I don't need the flowers now as I know they will arrive late and dead as others have. Earlier last year I ordered for a funeral and those never arrived either. Others who had ordered from reputable companies received the flowers. This west drYton company is bad news. I work in TV and will be exposing them as it's u fair. So many broken hearts and they don't have the decency to refund or talk to the people whose lives they've played with. They always blame royal mail.

Exactly same experience. No customer service. Delivery not on time. Quality of flowers poor. No response from company.....
