Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday (18Sept). Order accepted, with delivery for 18Sept. Order confoirmation email confirmed 18 Sept delivery. IT'S NOW 20SEPT AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED. Avoid this company, for they know not what they are doing!

Wanted to surprise my bestfriend with some flowers for her birthday which appeared to be gorgeous online, through their website. I ordered a large and the flowers that arrived looked like they were picked up from someone’s front gardens. They were not worth £25 but more so they were not birthday worthy. Absolutely disappointed with the service. Very deceitful, the flowers are not as they appear at all and would not recommend anyone shopping from them.

I ordered a delivery for a particular date as the options were given when ordering. I picked a day with no trouble, only to read the business doesn't even deliver on weekends! I had an email to confirm delivery would be on time, emailed them to now be told they don't deliver on weekends, so it will be 3 days late. Why give an option for delivery if its not doable? Why give the confirmation date email knowing that it isn't going to be delivered then? Absolute waste of my money, the gift is useless as it's 3 days late and I've been offered no help or advice. Just a simple 'read the T&C's'. So before you order from here, make sure to read all 100 pages of the Terms and conditions!

Arrived a day late. The flowers are old, with bent stems, some already turning brown with very few quality stems, mostly fillers. Not arranged into any sort of bouquet. Reminiscent of petrol station flowers but with a florist price tag. Extremely disappointed. Avoid!

Ordered Birthday flowers picked date and they did not arrive I had confirmation email stating they would be delivered on day we chose After mailing them in regards they advised need to order before 5pm for next day delivery when on website it says Order before 10pm for next day delivery BIRTHDAY RUINED THANK FOR NOTHING GUYS!!!

If I had read the reviews of Delightful flora before ordering from them, then I would have used a different company. I ordered mothers day flowers to be delivered the day before mothers day, so that they could be kept until the next day. Delightful flora do not give any indication that flowers ordered will not be delivered when requested except for the small print. They state it can be two working days after the date requested and if this was made clearer I assume they realise people would not order from them. What is the point of ordering flowers for a specific date if they are no going to arrive? I contacted Delightful flora as the flowers did not arrive on the Saturday as requested or the Sunday or the Monday. Eventually they arrived on the Tuesday and the postage clearly stated they were posted on the Monday. This is two days after they were supposed to have been received. As the mothers day flowers did not arrive in time, I had to make a quick dash to a shop to try and find some, so no longer needed three day late flowers. Delightful flora stated they would refund the cost of the flowers but I had to pay the return costs. I found this unacceptable as the flowers were not delivered when requested or within two days. I did however return the flowers but requested the return postage fee. Delightful flora then used the small print and stated as mothers day fell over a bank holiday weekend, that even though the flowers were three days late, it was within company policy as it was sent within two working days. Do your self a favour and find a reputable company and not use Delightful flora unless you want to be disappointed.

Absolutely appalled at the bouquets of flowers ordered for Mother’s Day. I paid for a large freesia bouquet, and my mother received a few dead roses… shocking. I will never order from this company again. There should be an option of no stars , as it doesn’t deserve the 1 Star rating

Paid for flowers on 12th March for Mother’s Day including an increased amount for tracked delivery - No flowers arrived Mother’s Day, and multiple phone calls all unanswered, also no response to emails. Have requested call back of funds through credit card company, but I can’t warn enough to avoid this sham of a company. Disgusting exploitation and worse service. Avoid like the plague.

Avoid this useless, unreliable company. Ordered some flowers for Mother's Day on 16 March, 3 days in advance of the day. They stated the flowers would be delivered on the 19 March. They also claimed the delivery could be tracked as part of their £5.99 delivery fee. The reality is that there is no way of tracking the delivery. The flowers didn't arrive on the 19 March. Tried to contact them and also sent emails but never had a response. The flowers finally arrived on the 21 March, which was useless. They didn't look like the ones advertised or have the balloon that was part of the offer. The flowers were also poor quality and were not fresh. I could have got a better quality bouquet from Tesco for £5. Still waiting for a response from them as I guess are hundreds of other disappointed customers. Avoid them at all costs.

Ordered flowers for my mum’s 87th birthday. They sent her a bunch of carnations that you’d get at a petrol station with no greenery. The included balloon was deflated. They didn’t care that I wasn’t happy. They sent a cut and paste answer that their senior florist was satisfied so I was wrong!! AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I have ordered lots of flowers flowers neighbour's which never arrived on the day I paid for. No tracking and no customer service. I am horrified by the reviews and should have checked. I don't need the flowers now as I know they will arrive late and dead as others have. Earlier last year I ordered for a funeral and those never arrived either. Others who had ordered from reputable companies received the flowers. This west drYton company is bad news. I work in TV and will be exposing them as it's u fair. So many broken hearts and they don't have the decency to refund or talk to the people whose lives they've played with. They always blame royal mail.
