This has been the worst possible experience! Ridiculously bad service, awful communication, broken terms, and conditions and timing. Nothing was made properly The flowers weren't delivered on the delivery day, 2/3 of purchased items were not delivered at all, the bouquet was completely different from what I purchased! The delivery was for the Birthday girl, and she got it the next day when it was no longer her BirthDAY and not all items that should've made her happier even came The order details: The flower delivery was set up and paid in the middle of the work hours and it was arranged for the next day I got an email about a required flower substitution At 10:27 a.m. on the delivery day and it was approved by me 2 minutes later. In terms of our agreement, I made all that was necessary from my side and without any delays in terms of payment, communication or providing the necessary delivery details. Canada Flowers did not do anything right from their side 1) The Delivery did not happen on the delivery day that they have confirmed I asked them why via email. They said "due to a system error our affiliate did not receive our request to proceed with the substitution yesterday" and gave me a freaking 15% discount off for the NEXT time order as if they'd expect me to have one. The avg cheque for flowers is usually $100-$150, so the wasted order alongside their customers ' plans is equal to around $15-23 for them I suppose. 2) I did not get all the items that I paid for and did not notify me and did not refund me. So, partly it ended up being a sham I purchased 3 items: flowers, a big birthday balloon and a cute teddy bear. They delivered only flowers without giving me any note that they were not able to deliver what I paid for and they did not refund it yet also The resolution, they failed every single step they were responsible for. I do not recommend it for sure! Avoid it in all possible ways. Or if you have to deal with them, just mind that your order might not be delivered, or something else may be delivered instead, or not all of what you purchased might be delivered.

They sent what was to be a premium arrangement to my friend for her wedding. It was a complete joke! Paying premium price $85USD for a standard arrangement! I was totally embarrassed to see the photos of the arrangement. There is in no way, shape, or form that arrangement was premium. I contacted the florist to express what happened. All they would do is offer 15% return and 15% off my next purchase! WTH? So, got screwed 2 times. I requested a difference between the premium and standard price! They refused to give me the difference back. Their photos are MISLEADING! Seriously, whoever reads this!!!! You can get a bigger, better arrangement from a local florist or even bloody Superstore! These people should be ashamed of themselves. I will also be contacting the BBB.

I ordered a colourful flower arrangement and what was delivered was very different, than what the company advertised in their photo gallery of products. The arrangement which was deliverd had a minimum amount of flowers also only 3 types out of 6 as it was advertized. This was the first time I used Canada Flowers and it would be the last. Very disappointing.

Horrible, horrible and horrible. I will never purchase from Canada Flowers again, I feel duped, cheated and rolled. The photo of the Premium option showed 7 roses, I got 4 fully opened wilted ones that were ready to expire, to be frank, it was worse than the least (cheapest) of the 3 options on their site. I called them and they said they would give me a 15% discount. I get 40% less flowers, 60% less quality and I get a 15% discount. Do yourself a favour and NEVER buy from Canada Flowers. Their website has good reviews but when you try to post one, the option says it is not longer available. Had I come here first, I would have know better. I had photos to visualize my assertion but could not post here

What you order is not what you get. Then the hide behind a substitution policy. If i you were to buy a jet they would send you a bicycle and say well its a mode of transportation its fine and then expect you to be happy ABSOLUTELY TRASH NEVER ORDER FROM THEM THEY SUCK

Great first experience!!!!!! My friend loved the flowers. It's easy and have great selections. I recommend them if you have a busy schedule like I do.

I ordered a bereavement bouquet to be sent to a colleague. Person on the line very helpful and flowers delivered same day. My colleague sent me a picture of the bouquet, unfortunately, I did not receive this until 2 weeks later. This was past the 48 hours of action for Canada Flowers. The picture shows the day the flowers arrival, still in its packaging. The roses already had brownish edges. I was embarrassed by the quality of the roses she received. I emailed Canada Flowers for them to investigate the situation and to provide a partial credit for the poor quality flowers. They refused because it was beyond the 48 hours of deliver. I was only offered 15% discount for a future purchase. My point to them is a grieving family does not have time to send acknowledgments or notification of receipt of flowers. They are busy with other priorities. They continue to be insistent on only offering 15% discount for a future purchase and have provided on feedback on their “investigation “ into the matter. Will look for small independent florist for future orders.

This company falsely advertises its products on their website. They falsify the pricing of those products including the flower arrangements, gift baskets and fruit / wine baskets. They do not deliver on the day or the time that they say they will on your checkout order recipe or the conformation email you get when ordering online. They give unbelievable excuses as to why they did not get to your order or why the recipient has not received the gift you paid to have delivered. I honestly dont know why this company has not been forcefully shut down along time ago. i wish i would have seen the better business bureau reviews before i placed an order for my mothers birthday. The fact that canada flowers has not been sued yet blows my mind. I will be posting my disgust of this company across every social media i can cuz this is appalling to say the least!

The website is hard to navigate. Once made choice cannot change. Submit not always work. Need to submit couple of times without knowing if did not order couple of times. Flower delivered before 7pm despite delivery time between 8am and 7pm for residential and additional instruction "deliver as soon as possible".

They offer three levels in their arrangements. Standard, upgraded, and Premium. I ordered a premium sympathy arrangement to be sent to my sister. The value with tax was just under $150. What she got was less than what is in their, Standard arrangement at $75. I sent photos of what I ordered and what they sent and the difference is clear. After almost a week their response was to credit me 15%. Pay the tax???? talk about insult to injury. I want what I paid for. When I called to express my further unhappiness. The guy interrupted me to say "I'm not interested in your sister". WOW! Canada Flowers - its customer service is heartless and gross.
