I ordered a bereavement bouquet to be sent to a colleague. Person on the line very helpful and flowers delivered same day.
My colleague sent me a picture of the bouquet, unfortunately, I did not receive this until 2 weeks later. This was past the 48 hours of action for Canada Flowers. The picture shows the day the flowers arrival, still in its packaging. The roses already had brownish edges.
I was embarrassed by the quality of the roses she received. I emailed Canada Flowers for them to investigate the situation and to provide a partial credit for the poor quality flowers. They refused because it was beyond the 48 hours of deliver. I was only offered 15% discount for a future purchase. My point to them is a grieving family does not have time to send acknowledgments or notification of receipt of flowers. They are busy with other priorities. They continue to be insistent on only offering 15% discount for a future purchase and have provided on feedback on their “investigation “ into the matter. Will look for small independent florist for future orders.
