“Crushed flowers in card”

Arrived on time. Sent to a 92 year old lady, her daughter reported that flower card was very disappointing, 3 meagre flowers (alstromeria) which were crushed in the card. A great shame as I have been using this company for many years and the flowers have always been great up to now. I know there are problems with Brexit, Covid, Royal Mail etc, but other companies do better. I won't be using them again.

“Tacky plastic flowers”

I am the recipient of a flower card: Everlasting Flowers. I feel sure that the sender would be disappointed to see the real thing, which is unlike its picture online. Worth about 50pence. Tacky plastic flowers, not nice at all.
