I have booked my order on June 26th for delivery on June 29th. It was the dancing daisies for $39 including delivery. I wasnt updated at all on the order status and received a cancellation email at almost 12:30 PM on June 29th with no reason!! I never shopped at this site and fell for the price( FB ads you see!) Those flowers were for a birthday and I told the recepient to expect the delivery and it was so embarssing for me. These guys need to do a better Job, atleast you could have informed me early in the morning so I would have arranged the flowers elsewhere. I wasn't given any reason in the email, just cancelled! When I called customer service , I was told that they arent able to deliver at that pincode in the US! Are you kidding me? You should have cancelled my order the same day if you cant deliver. And the customer rep's language was pathetic. I asked if I could order something else before 1 pm so it gets delivered the same day ( that's what they say on their site). But she said it would cost about $70 . Are you saying that you cannot deliver to that pincode for flowers that cost less and only do expensive ones? What a shame!
