My wife ordered a "Bring On Spring Bouquet" which was advertised as an "arrangement featuring fresh cut pink Roses, yellow Asiatic lilies and lavender chrysanthemums" for my mothers 70th birthday. She also "supersized" it. When it arrived the roses and lilies were completely absent and the chrysanthemums were poorly arranged. The arrangement did not even appear to have extra chrysanthemums to make up the difference.
Their policies say that "In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colours shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value". There were no pink or yellow flowers and the chrysanthemums present are the least expensive of the three types ordered. When I contacted customer service we sent pictures of the product and were told that the substituted in line with their policies (which is incorrect). The gave us a $20 credit for $65 bouquet where the most expensive 2/3 of the flowers were absent. I requested a replacement or refund and was told it was not possible after speaking to several customer service representatives.
