I ordered flowers for my wife for Mothers' Day last week. On time, a box was delivered. Too bad there was nothing in it! Who seals an empty box and ships it out?

Called customer support and they couldn't get me off the phone fast enough! A day later I get an email saying they'll send a new order once fresh stock arrives. So no flowers for Mothers' Day! Nice...

Stick to the established florists and avoid this discount start-up!
