I ordered flowers online, but unfortunately I made a mistake in the address. In trying to get his corrected, I sent several emails and phoned twice. Bloomex called me once and they called the recipient 5 times, but flowers were still not delivered. Bloomex said they would add some extra flowers and get them delivered the next day, That didn't happen. So, I finally got to speak to someone via the Bloomex Chat online. It was a horrible experience, wherein I had to provide information repeatedly, I had to provide my credit card info via chat, it took over an hour on chat, and I finally disconnected hoping that I would get a refund. The person on chat provided horrible customer service.
