Ordered balloons and a gift message for friends 50th birthday. Recorded the massage and waited for the surprise...................
Apparently the courier couldn't find the Hotel on the (paid for) Saturday delivery but managed to find it the following Monday - not a lot of use after they have checked out. No balloons, no friends singing on the tag - real disappointment. Maybe the couriers are ok at finding 'normal' addresses but I wouldn't risk sending anything a little out of the ordinary this way. I have asked for a refund. Wouldn't trust (their couriers) again.
Real let down.
