“Rose quality”

I ordered 2 dozen roses for my husband for our 25th anniversary. They were beautiful when they arrived. Day 2 and four of the roses died and many others wilting. Not great quality.

“Could be better”

“Do not use”

Please avoid at all costs, ordered some flowers for a special day to be delivered last Friday .. still not delivered and no explanation. Extremely poor service and no one wants to help. I am so upset

“Perfect basket ”

“A day late delivery, but did they deliver!!!”

I bought assorted roses, 5 mylar balloons, 4 stuffed animals and a card, so I spent a lot to bring joy to my daughter before taking her out to dinner for her birthday. I was initially disappointed because I wanted it delivered before 2pm on the day we were going out. They arrived the next morning, HOWEVER, it really was a BEAUTIFUL arrangement and everything else that came with it. If I could give 10 stars I would!! Only suggestion, just in case, have the delivery a day earlier (if possible) so you get it the day you want it. I will be using AvasFlowers again!

“Dislike their customer service”

I was blindsided by a very hefty service charge and never given a good answer as to why it was charged after asking several times. The flowers were ok but not as nice as the picture.

It is our mission to make all customers' online ordering experiences as seamless as possible. The final cost of a purchase is largely dependent on a lot of factors, including the destination, applicable taxes, and the day and date of delivery. This makes it challenging to provide the total before collecting all the relevant information. To ensure that the customer's expectations are set correctly, we state throughout Steps 1 (Delivery Info) and 2 (Billing Info) that tax and fees will be calculated once the addresses and delivery date are confirmed.


After addresses and delivery dates are filled in on Steps 1 and 2, we can calculate any relevant costs outside the product total. “Hidden Charges”

Avas Flowers lure you in with a promise of free delivery, and everything seems to be going well until the receipt appears after you've paid, and then there is an extra charge which has been added. My extra charge was $25 for the purchase of a plant which was priced at just under $40. It seems to me that charging 62% for making sure the plant arrived unharmed is extraordinary. Rest assured that the receipt mentioned that the delivery was free, but the uncharge wasn't mentioned until after the payment had been made. I thought I was getting a $60 planter, but that was not the case. Deceptive? I believe so. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Avas Flowers, and I will not use them again.
