Simply superb flowers and service and I keep returning every year as their reliability is terrific as well. I highly recommend AVA'S to everybody.

Ordered the standard arrangement and it was every bit as good as the deluxe ones that I order from other places, I got a code for free shipping, but they do have a service fee. Even with the service fee, I did not pay anymore than I do for the deluxe one elsewhere. My mother told me how beautiful they were and had to send me a picture of flowers that somebody else sent right next to the flowers that I sent and it was kind of embarrassing for the other Person who sent the flowers because of Such a big difference in the arrangements. ……. keep doing a great job. You won my business.!!

Ava’s Flower were able to arrange a nice bouquet similar to the item displayed on their website. It was delivered on time to the hospital. There was a $20+ service fee attached to the bill which seemed high. Though, I received free shipping with a discount code displayed on their website. I will most likely use Ava’s Flowers again in the future.

Offering free delivery and then tacking on a 24.95 service fee seems like click bait to me. I won't be doing business with Ava's flowers again.

My colleagues brother died tragically. We were informed 2 days before the service of the date and location. I was able to go on line view arrangements and call the day of to place an order. We were pleased to see that the arrangement we selected was delivered on time. It was our way of showing her we were there even when we could physically be there. I loved how efficient they were. I loved that a link was sent to me via text, that’s how I paid. I. Loved that I received a text letting me know the floral arrangement was delivered! Timing was perfect. Thank You!

I ordered flowers for a family member and everything went as scheduled, but I noticed my bank statement I had been charged twice. That’s when the trouble started because I could not get a hold of anyone in customer service. It just kept going in circles saying they would call me back, but there was no way to leave a phone number for a callback and no one ever called me back. I tried to contact them several times And it was the same over and over. Their website was the same way. There was no way to show that I had paid twice or to reach a real person. I can’t use this company again due to the poor customer service.

I searched for a store that would deliver flowers to my aunt and to my cousin, who both live in small towns out in the country. Avas flowers had a fine assortment of arrangements, and some of them were perfect for my purpose. I enjoyed simply looking at the lovely array of flowers and plants, and had no difficulty choosing the perfect arrangement for each of them.

The flowers were delivered on time, and their recipients were delighted.

Next time I'm looking for a flower shop, I'll choose Avas.

Sympathy spray was of fresh white flowers and delivered on time. Customer representative who took my order was kind, patient and very understanding. I’m one happy repeat customer of AVAs Flowers.
