system a little difficult for me. new to computers

It's taken me five hours to pick out flowers and finally get the web site to work for me, may I recommend just putting discount code selections on your web page, as I almost gave up ordering because of difficulty finding a discount code which I may had ordered more flowers with. Thank goodness for the 14 £ flowers as I can't hardly afford them let alone any more. I wish your site had £ 10.00 flowers I would order more often then.

This is the second time I have tried to use a voucher code with a slip telling me to enter the code when checking out. When I get there no place to enter the code is there and I therefore get no discount. This time the number is P3PP3R5. What am I doing wrong!?!
