Stay Away From This Place Entirely!

I had a world cultural day event at work. Placed an order a fortnight prior to the event (paid £9.95 for express delivery). Parcel turned up 5weeks later! No communication from anyone, I was convinced it was a sham, then I received this very poorly scripted email with the return address (no apologies, nothing!) Sent the item back recorded delivery - when I asked whats happening with my refund, I received an email back stating in red font: ‘please try again tomorrow’! Appalling, avoid at every cost!

Don't Use This Company

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. The customer service is appalling if something goes wrong, they are rude and incompetent. I was mislead by the website into ordering more so that I got 'priority shipping', there is no such thing. It said 2-3 days it was over 5 days late, no apology and the event I needed the costumes for had past! I was then told to pay for return postage. Also when the costumes arrived, they were substandard anyway. All in all... KEEP AWAY!

Do Not Shop With This Company!

Absolutely dreadful company, wish I had read the reviews before I showed there! Faulty product arrived, dreadful quality very cheap looking.

Asked for a replacement to be sent for a very disappointed child and was advised one would only be sent if the item was returned, during a pandemic this wasn't possible. Asked the company to collect which they flatly refused.

Rude customer services, dreadful quality, faulty goods. Definitely avoid..

Appalling delivery! Ordered Sunday, should have arrived Wed/Thurs on priority delivery, still nothing on Friday. Company told me to take it up with Royal mail... excuse me, i didnt send it by Royal Mail you did! The tracking number on wensite tells me no attempted delivery, no number to call up to find out. Ruined my weekend at Henley Rewind! Usless company, they couldnt even be bothered to track the parcel! What a waste of time & money AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

Avoid Like The Plague I Cant Give A No Star Rating

Ordered online and paid to be told we would get a confirmation e-mail

24 hours later no e-mail so contacted them through their web site

24 hours later still no communication so telephoned their premium rate number to have to listen to a long recorded message then a long pause before I could leave a message

24hours later still no communication from them so we contacted the bank and cancelled the payment

If the goods turn up they will have to come and collect them

Costume Missing The Mask

Avoid this company, placed an order for a how to train a dragon hiccup costume for my sons birthday, arrived without the mask! Contacted the company three times using the online email form ( they state that they will reply within 24hrs as your custom is valuable to them -- ABSOLUTE JOKE ) still awaiting a reply two weeks on . Can't find a telephone number to ring either

Do Not Buy From This Company!

I placed an order and paid extra for tracked delivery, still waiting for the item 5 days later! Ended up purchasing locally so now do not need the costume. Emailed the company to advise I would be returning & would like full refund for postage too, advised this was not possible. I would advise not to use this company due to very poor or possibly non existent customer service.

Pleasantly Surprised

I placed an order for my sons Halloween costume and then decided to read the reviews and began to panic after reading some of the negative reviews on here however I didn't need to panic as my item has arrived promptly. I did pay for the 24-48 delivery because I was running so late. I felt the communication from the company was really good as I received a confirmation email and then a email saying my item had been dispatched and it arrived the next day. Costume is brilliant quality and I have one very happy little boy :) would use again!

Steer Well Clear! Appalling...

I needed a costume for world book day on Thursday 3rd march. I decided to use this company, I placed an order on the Monday evening and paid a whopping 8.95 for 24 hour tracked delivery, which royal mail describe as the next working day. Therefore, I think it is reasonable to expect the item to go out on the Tues and arrive on the Wednesday. This didn't happen, it arrived Thursday lunchtime!! The company ignored 2 emails and so far still haven't replied. Disgusting customer service, I would not use this company again and definitely would not recommend! I wish I had seen the other reviews before ordering and I would have used a different company...

My daughter has had exactly the same problem with the company. They do not reply to telephone calls nor reply to e-mails. They take two days to send goods and advertise next day dleivery at a price of £8.95. They also advertised specifically for world book day so they knew that customers expected the goods before this day. Very poor customer service. I would not use the c ompany again either.
