I have never received the stuff ordered from them, nor my money back. I feel cheated by them.

Buy from them on your risk... or better stay away.

The quality of the material is terrible and so customer service as well. Made an error and kept trying to persuade that they did not. Did not take into account what I am saying instead just kept repeating the same text.

Made an order late Saturday night only to realise as I submitted it that I'd used the wrong postcode. Contacted company immediately. Received an email back Sunday telling me it was too late my order has gone, which is a blatant lie. Royal Mail second class doesn't go on a Saturday night or Sunday. Hopefully my order will get to me or I'll have to contact my credit card for a refund......I don't hold much hope to their customer service.

I just need to say I think it's terrible that they charge 10% restock if a customer sends back all of the order. I was charged £11.18 for the the order I sent back in full (and paid my own postage back) just because they didn't fit right. Won't be ordering again. I was also overcharged for them posting it out to me. It cost me half of what they charged to send it back the same way. Disgusting.

Ordered an item. They sent it to the wrong address. Contacted them via e-mail, stating a date we needed the item by. They ignored us until the date had passed. Generally poor service and I wouldn't recommend. Sorry.

Ordered last minute for our Jubilee street party and still got my costume in time. Thanks to the customer service girl who managed to guarantee the delivery for me - very happy :-)
