i ordered an IPad 2 on Friday 9th March and was told it would be in store for collection on Saturday 10th after 4pm. Went to collect only to be told it had missed the delivery and I couldnt collect until Monday 12th after 2pm! Was not pleased , my paperwork said collect on 10th. The customer service staff couldn't help and asked me if I had a confirmation e mail!!!! This doesn't happen , they don't even know how the system works!!! One very unhappy Tesco direct customer
