I ordered a book from Music Magpie (via eBay) and paid for it. A few days later I had an email saying they couldn’t send me my book as it was ‘damaged’ and they didn’t have another one.
Fine - but no mention of the money, I’d already paid or how to apply for a refund. I sent a reply to the email asking for a refund, but no reply. I then sent a message through eBay and they replied saying there was a problem with the refund but they would put it through again.
Still no refund and now am having to go through eBay to claim the money back. Money was only £11.76 but really cross that they put something on eBay they didn’t have and kept my money! On looking at reviews this has happened to their people too.
