Protracted disaster! My feedback to them on their customer service: “You didn’t explain why you 1 failed to take my address correctly in the first place 2 failed to update the rest of the order when sending out the PS4. Also 3 didn’t tell me when the order will arrive 4 didn’t apologise for missing my son’s birthday, despite order being submitted weeks ago. Finally 5 didn’t apologise for the repeated slow response times at every stage of this process. Very little of this is X’s fault, but MusicMagpie service as a whole has been really poor.”
