I preordered Spider-Man Miles Morales Ultimate Edition for PS5 at the start of November and apparently it was dispatched on the 10th November. Today it is 27th November and I still haven't received my game. I've never had to wait this long for a game with any retailer. Base has completely let me down and I will not be using them or recommending them to anyone else.
