Emailed to query if new or used product, response less than 24 hours later confirming new. Delivery was stated 3-5 working days and the game received on the 4th working day following dispatch email. Correspondence throughout has been excellent. The price was at a minimum of £10 cheaper than anywhere else and at least 1/2 price of some other retailers and the free delivery was excellent. I will happily use Base.com again and would recommend to others.
