Ordered an item two months ago, still hasn't turned up. Numerous attempts to contact the company, they did finally email back to say that they would delay the statement until we had received it... Surprise, surprise, they didn't delay the statement and are now hassling me to pay for an item that I don't even have! Avoid at all costs!
