“Don't use to pre-order”

I recently pre-ordered a game from 365 Games and I must admit because of this shambolic experience I will not be using the store again in the future. From the lack of clarity on the item listing (with procedures that seem to counter there own dispatch policy on games with CD Keys), to the shocking lack of communications (simply not receiving replies to some messages) to the abysmal lack of any real customer services at all. It is now looking like I will not receive the game till a week after the release date at earliest. Now correct me if I'm wrong but the point of pre-ordering a game is to ensure you have it on release day. Trust me the small saving is not worth using this site at all. So please do what I did not and pay attention to the reviews here and elsewhere this is not a one off problem and seems to just be the 'norm' at 365 Games.

“Sent scratched old rental copy - but customer service...”

I was sent scratched old rental copy of a DVD the Imitation Game. Great the chat feature on the website and the issue and refund was quickly resolved. Customer service great but I was expecting to receive a new version of the DVD. I don't know if the website sells second hand DVDs but if they do, they should advertise this more clearly.

I purchased a game which proved to be full of`bugs` and practically unplayable. I found numerous reviews on line by people having exactly the same problems as myself with this game. I emailed 365 games TWICE on this matter but received no response to either. I am not at all happy with a firm which chooses not to reply to legitimate complaint. Certainly not good business practice !!!

“Never Again”

I will never use this sham of a company again!!! I have spent hundreds and hundreds of pounds with this company! Only to receive my games late after day of release. It's the one and only thing I expect of a online company is to give the customer the piece of mind that they will receive there game on launch day. And it's not even as it's been held up in the post as they have not even dispatched the item the day before release.

Absolutely disgusted with my service, I have not received my item and I have to wait for over 3 weeks before I can even contact the supplier. Absolute joke and I will never use this poor excuse for a company again!!

“Abysmal Customer Service!”

I ordered Fallout Monopoly in November 2015 as a Christmas present for my little brother. The release date for the game was pushed back (out of the company's hands I understand). I was not made aware of this by the company and therefore come mid December when I realised I had not received the game I checked the website to find that it was not going to reach me by Christmas. On corresponding with the company, their response was that they make sure to contact all of their customers when this happens, and that I should check my junk. Considering the fact that I receive numerous advertising emails each week from them this is rubbish. The release date was pushed back at least 4 more times - still not once was I contacted by the company! The only compensatory offer I received from them was extra reward points (which amounted to about 50 pence!) I will never use this site again nor would I recommend to anyone else! I eventually received the item in March!

“Failed to deliver”

Ordered a present for Christmas back on the 9th, which I thought would be plenty of time. No warnings on the website about how long this delivery might take. I quickly got a "has been dispatched!" email which said to allow 3-6 days for delivery, with smallprint asking that I "wait 15 working days" before contacting them. Two days after Christmas I've had no delivery and am still waiting for the "15 working days" to elapse before they'd deign to talk to me. Won't be ordering from 365games again.

“They have no customer service ”

I had ordered a game from 365 games and it was delivered on time, but there was one problem. The game that was delivered was not working and failed to play on my Xbox. I then asked if I could get a return envelope because I wanted to exchange the game or simply get a refund. The "customer service agent" said that I had to pay for my own return envelope and I had to send the game and await for them to test the game and check for any faults. They also said that it could take a few days or weeks to get the result and I would not be able to get a refund until then. After a few days of going back and forth with emails, I wasn't able to receive anything. I then took the game to a local store and they tested the game in front of me. As I had previously mentioned, the game was not working and that was the same result at the local game store. That store bought the game from me and sent it back to the manufacturer. After that was done, I went on Amazon and bought the game again. It has recently arrived and it works perfectly fine, which means that the games provided by 365 games are at risk of not working. This experience has really upset me and I would highly recommend people to use other services, such as Amazon, instead of 365 games as they have absolutely no idea of what they are selling. I have also lost my trust on a company that I was trying for the first time.

“Nothing to review”

First time ever using this company. I ordered my item 3 weeks ago, inadvertently didn't put a street name on my delivery address. (Although the house number, town and post code were fine) My money was taken, told the item had been dispatched within a day. A week later I had to chase them twice on the 2nd occasion only to be told as I'd not put a street name the chances are it was undeliverable. I was Told I have to wait for Royal Mail to send it back to them before I can get a refund. Was given no other options or assistance, simply nothing could be done. Working in customer services myself, I know full well something can always be done! Queried why the error couldn't be flagged on their site as most sites do, also asked why if it hadn't chased, I would never have known there was an issue. Given no real response other than telling me it's my own fault because I didn't put the street name, despite the fact my address can be found without a street name. After looking at some other reviews, can see I'm not the only person that's been caught out. They put in their T&c's about errors with the address so must clearly know there's an obvious failure with the website, as most sites flag up an error when you've missed out a required field.. So I'm 40 quid down, no game, hoping Royal Mail send it back and wishing I'd just stuck with good old Amazon.

I order a game from this website and paid extra for 1st class delivery as it was for a gift although I never received my item and when emailed the company regarding this said there was nothing they could do for 2 weeks. When emailed again in 2 weeks time there was no reply from the company.

“Whats the point?”

Ordered from game365 as it said stock level high 30 plus copies but nothing comes so I email and they say there's no stock and they no clue when they will have. So take my money and send and do nothing about it not even let me know. To top it off its still saying in stock so obviously taking others money too with no intent to supply.

I paid for my product and received a different one. Warehouse accident I assumed: fair enough. Nope. They don't in fact stock my product, in spite of having a listing for it on their site, including description and photos of it. Now I have to post back the wrong product in order to get a refund for the one I wanted. So much hassle.

Terrible company, goods never arrived. Poor customer service - they tell me to check with the local postal service every time I say I haven't got goods and delivery may take up to 15 days - what! They even send me email to review my recent purchase when goods haven't arrived. Don't use them if you want a quick service that is for sure.

I have been shopping online for over 20 years & have never come accross such a BAD company!!!! The way you are treated by this company is an absolute disgrace! I am amazed they are still trading to be honest!!! Take my advice stay well clear of 365games.co.uk!!!!!!!! If you have got any sense!!!!
