I ordered components to build a PC. The graphics card was faulty so I let them know via their ticketing system. I got one response asking for more information I replied to that and waited. A week went by with no response. So I called them and was told someone would get back to me.
I was asked to send the item back (at my own expense) and they would test it. Email enquirers are completely ignored. It is apparently still undergoing testing. It has been a total of *42 days* since I reported the item as faulty and I still have no replacement.
Shocking, terrible company. Stay away.
