Phone Not Received, Money Not Refunded. Had To Go To Police
ordered phone 3 months ago, it should arrive in week. I waited for whole 6 weeks to arrive but customer service said to wait, an order will be dispached soon, they lied every time i called them. then i ask to cancel order and refund money, now is 8 weeks and still waiting for my money back! do not buy

I bought a cellphone the first week of May, it took them a month to let me know they were out of stock and it´s been 2 months and a half since i tried this purchase and they have not returned my money yet!!!!

They take your money and never send you the product. I strongly discourage people form buying any item from this company. I have had a horrible experience which has cost me 644 euros, almost 3 months of my time and nearly 60 emails exchanged thus far. From avoiding my questions to take my money, the service has been the worst ever!!! Stay away from there, thats my advice!

Said they would dispatch my Galaxy s7 within 2-5 working days. After day 7 I contacted them. They got back to me with an awful excuse about having to bubble wrap the phone. I cancelled my order, still awaiting the refund

Q&A
There seem to be many poor reviews on other blogs/websites than reviewcentre. What happens with VAT and import duty? VB tell me, "...Also, due to special arrangements we have made on your behalf, we take care of all VAT payable. The price you see on the website is all you pay – there are no hidden charges. ..."
Does anybody know what the special arrangements are - do they declare a flase value or inscribe "gift" or what. I am not aware of any deals that HMRC do with import companies.
I could be in for +20% VAT on total invoice, possible 7% duty plus Parcel Force handling charge (at customs) of £8. I have had such charges on US sourced goods and on gifts from Australia (real gifts but sender did not declare "gift" and "no residual value".)
Has anybody got real verifiable transactions where the value of goods has been declared but where VB paid ("took care of") the VAT?

I am having the same problems as some of your reviewers - constant emails and telephone calls trying to get my money back because I have not received the goods but no response - how do I get my money returned?
