"I have bought already 8 drones at TMART. They were sent within 3 to 4 weeks and worked o.k. My 9th drone was a Wingsland Scarlet Minivet and the gimbal did not work from the first day on. I sent picures and short videos, done with my iphone, to the site and they sent a new board. Because the drone still did not work I could resend the drone to China and I will get a new one. The emails from tmart were always very friendly and helpful. Also my next drones I will buy at it because the price is correct and the service is supraordinary good. Huber, Vienna, Austria."

I bought in this store the Phantom 3 Advanced with the extra battery half a year ago and they still have not sent me all the parts of my order. On may 14 I paid a quadrocopter with an extra battery on the site Tmart.com and 16 may came a letter from service"sku:14009774 we will ship out the product with only 1 battery on 2015-05-17 or 2015-05-18 firstly Then for extra battery ,we will ship out extra battery on about 201--05-30 Do you agree with it ?" I agreed and in the end, sending also had problems, after numerous altercations they send almost a month after the order, passing the time until 11 July. Quadrocopter came to me quickly, but an extra battery they still didn't even try to send. Many times I corresponded with customer service "Tmart", but no further promises had not moved. After that there were a lot of conversations with them and the replies from them, mainly they stated that there is no battery available or promised to send it. Last time I asked them in mid-September about the timing of the sending battery, by the time it was available on the website for a long time, to which I replied on September 24 from the address service "Dear Valued Customer, Thanks for your email; it is our honor to help you. We have checked rest item still processing ,we will push our guy try their best to deal for you and ship it out then inform you via email . Looking forward to hearing from you. Best wishes, Service Team" Has already passed half a year from the date of the order and almost two months from the date of their last promises, no notification of shipment or even the parcel I still have not received. Make your own conclusions about this shop "Tmart"! Thanks! Have a nice day!

Tmart is Great,I go on sites like ebay,Amazon,BestBuy to find technlology and things but they don't have the same deals and low prices as Tmart and I love Tmart and I will continue to Order from Tmart in the Future 5 STARS!!!

Bought 4 quadcopter motors, when it arrived 2 of the motor were stuttering. I made a video showing the motors not working and Tmart responded very quickly. They checked out the video, and decided to send 2 replacement motors immediately. Very good service from them. Will be buying more
