I've placed a few orders through this site. I was a little put off by the basic nature of the site at first, but some of their products are priced very keenly and to date I've had excellent service. I placed several orders and they've so far been despatched the same day or the day after.

You pay for delivery on this site (either Royal Mail or Parcel Force) and its a bit of a pain that you have to enter your address details before they'll quote delivery (it's been £1+ for small stuff to about £9 for really heavy items) but the prices are keen so maybe there's not much margin sloshing around to give out the free delivery across the board you see at some of the bigger sites.

And it's worth pointing out I've saved money vs. Amazon and some other big stores when buying here - even with the delivery charges they have!
