1) Impossible to reach anyone over the phone. I tried for 2 weeks at all hours. Their number just goes straight to voicemail. You can check on your own.
2) Given that it is impossible to have a conversation over the phone, I used the email. After an initial exchange of emails with a very quick and kind response, when I asked to clarify if they were going to declare the correct value of the item during the import (i.e. if they were going to legally import the item) they never replied back even after chasing them few times.
3) It is clear they are not going to import the items legally from HK and you are liable by HMRC. i.e. you should declare the full value, pay the import duties and taxed and hope that Panamoz will reimburse them (but they rely on people not doing that and even avoid customers that potentially goes for a legal route)

Why would you use Panamoz is you were happy to pay customs and other import charges? Just go to any major photographic dealer and pay the full price. Panamoz provide a superb service with discount prices.
