Bought the reversing camera for use on my van and found after fitting the picture is terrible, it keeps breaking-up and goes on/off. Went back to the local store and saw helpful assistant who came outside to have a look, says 'not as bad as some of the ones we sell' but don't go near McDonald's as the picture will disappear due to their WiFi.
After much emailing to Maplin customer services they agreed to refund money and give me the 'return number and address to send to. Say should have money in 5 days.
2 more emails to customer services produce a standard reply of 'Thank you for contacting Maplin customer services and we will look into your refund'.
Now 18 days and still no sigh of the refund or any response from customer services.
Best to avoid the Company.
