I purchased TV on their website on Tuesday morning (24the July 2012), in the afternoon, I received an e-mail saying the TV will be dispatched and will be delivered to me on Wednesday. Around 10am on Wednesday morning, I received a call from the company saying the TV wouldn't be delivered, it somehow was still in their deport. He was very apologetic and promised that the TV would be delivered tomorrow. The TV was delivered on Thursday afternoon, however to a wrong address, but I think that was the delivery company City Link's fault not the Let's go digital. I am always worried when ordering expensive item online, so before I ordered the TV I checked amazon where Letsgodigital has a very high rating. The TV was very good and works excellently so far. Even though it was one day late for delivery but I am still very happy with their service, as they let you know if there is a problem instead of keeping you whole day at home and wondering where your purchase is.
