Ordered the Blood Pressure monitor from www.iStreetMarket.co.uk during their January sale, the order was delivered in record time.

When I first tried to use it, I couldn't get it to work and thought it was faulty. I called up customer service to return the monitor, they had no problem with that and immediately said they would give me a full refund and pay for the return postage too. But before they actually authorized the return they went through with me over the phone step-by-step to make sure I'm using the product correctly.

In the end we got it to work. It was my mistake ;-) I didn't read the instruction properly.

These days it's almost very rare to get such a great level of customer service over the phone, and the staff were very knowledgeable and patient too. Would defiantly shop again, and would recommend this website to anyone, they tick all the boxes!
