Ordered a tablet with keyboard. Turned up without keyboard. Phone says the old message that they are short of staff and there has been no response from my emails and contact form. Experiencing the same problem as review above. Go elsewhere to purchase your goods.

I may be wrong, but I'm convinced that the other 'amazing' review of hugeav.com is false. I feel like a mug for actually ordering from them without researching properly.

Their customer services phone number is invalid - just a recorded message saying no one could take the call due to staff shortages. Do me a favour? Is that the best they can come up with?!?

Emails are not returned, order page is not updated and impossible to contact. Waste of time, waste of space. Now I need to go through the tedious procedure of claiming the money back from my credit card company.

I've brought a few things from HugeAV.com and they always sort the order out well. I ordered these headphones, and even though it was only a small item, they kept me informed of my order and it turned up on time. cool.
