smartphone ordered and paid 500 usd on the 12 of december , never received until now , because never shipped .gearbest give you a tracking number you are not able to track .none informations are updated .they just inform you to wait because of the weather , because of the peak season and other excuses to explain they are not responsible for your missing order . there is lot of claim on this site . so advice is never order something with them you will lost your money . they don't care they have so lot customers ready to loose money ....

Odered a vacuum from gearbest, and after a week didnt receieve any information on delivery etc.Theres no phone number to call and their online chat doesnt work, so had to send emails to find whats happening. Eventually after a few days get a reply that the item is not in stock, will be in stock on the 12th and theyll deliver it then. 13th comes no vacuum, no information from them. Turns out the vacuum is not available!!!!! Waste of time and energy and would never use them again!

Ok products (actually some really cool stuff), very good prices, BUT if you get a bad (DOA) item their customer service requires you to provide a VIDEO of the DOA before they will consider a return. My opinion is this is just a way to make customers give up and go away. I have had 2 DOAs with them and both times the resolution process was asinine.
