I needed to purchase a festo valve for our tetrapak machine, I don't know a lot about pneumatics so I called the online number to Enquire about a particular model. The staff member was very helpful an extremely knowledgeable answering all my question without condesencion and directed my to the replacement and useful tips on accessories I may require - all in all a great experience for desperate requirement.

The festo valve was delivered on a next day basis as promised along with a coil to ensure it all worked. I must admit usually when order from the Internet I expect a part to be missing or not turn up when promised - very happy to report this is not the case with electroquip they are excellent are are good to their word. The parts arrived next day all complete as promised - Really good company to deal with
