Unfortunately most of the people come here after they already made an order and they are having problems with them! If one of you read the reviews before making a purchase, please don’t do it! You will loose money bust more important, time and stress! Right now i would prefer to pay full price for my items! Two weeks had passed and i all get is “sorry for the delay, your order will be delivered soon”! So please, avoid them! The stress is not worth it!

Like so many logged on to UK website and paid for product. 7 days later find out it is in Hong Kong. Now have to mess about with paypal about a refund and we all know how useless they are. This is not a UK based website no matter what the URL says. Please please please everyone heed the other negative reviews. I didn`t and wish I had just to save £20

A little over a year ago I bought a Samsung Tab Pro-S. Cheap and guickly delivered. Alas a faulty product. After nine months it broke down. After sending it to eGlobal Central, it took them more than six weeks to come to the conclusion that nothing was wrong with it. It took some time to convince them to send it back for free. The tablet worked indeed but only for two months and then it broke down again. Now they stated that the warranty was no longer valid as more than a year had passed. That is not fair and not in line with (Dutch) consumers' law. I informed them about that but they only replied "we are sorry that we provide a 12 months warranty and as your order was placed on the 2017-01-25, it is now out of our warranty." Bad product, way too short warranty and very bad service!

Warning- DO NOT GO NEAR THEM Purchased a phone from eglobal, and the whole experience was a nightmare. The phone was faulty on arrival. There T&C states they will arrange a courier if this is the case. They refused! All they done was send links on how to fix the phone, which of course had nothing to do with my problem. I opened a PayPal dispute (having stupidly not bought directly with my credit card) and tried to return the phone using a courier, which I had to pay for. Royal Mail refused. DPD refused. In fact I couldn't find any courier which would take a phone with lithium battery delivered to Hong Kong.In the end I had to pay £25 to return the phone and it wasn't even guaranteed to get there. Eglobal then emailed me to say they had received the phone, but I had modified the software. I hadn't. But they now used this as an excuse to say I had breached the T&C and they wouldn't refund me. A phone call to PayPal eventually got me a full refund. The whole thing took over a month, eglobal were the most unprofessional ,scammy , evasive 'business' I've ever felt with. I wouldn't touch again them with a bargepole. P.s warranties are not valid as the goods come from China. So you will have to return the item and hope they fix it for you. Good luck with that.

I bought a Fitbit Ionic and received it in time but when I opened it there was an discolaration on the body frame of the watch. I got in contact with them and sent them pictures. Their reply was we do not cover appierence issues. This is clear a manufacturing error but still they diden‘t want to do their job. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They are not serious company and to be honest I prefer to pay a little bit more to get the correct service.

I bought a Canon Camera from this company. It developed fault, which would be under a normal Canon warranty. However, Canon said their warranty is not valid for goods bought from this company as they are sourced from outside Europe. The camera was already with Canon for repair, and I had to pay. EGlobal did nothing to assist, just sent back standard nonsensical replies of no relevance. They wouldn't even give me a credit note. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!

This has been the worst shopping experience. I bought a Google Home smart speaker and it was dead on arrival. The company asked me to send it back but saying that if it was the power connector, that would not be covered by the warranty because accessories are not covered. On their website guarantee there is nowhere that it says this. I managed to find someone in my city with the same device to test and it happened to be the power connector to be defective. So I spend 104 Euro for a new device that is not working and there is nothing i can do. Now I have found more people with similar complaints. DON'T BUY WITH THEM!!

I bought an iPhone SE November 2016. From the moment I set the phone up I got complaints that I couldn't be heard properly for example it was like as I was speaking into a box. It was tested by Apple and locally but nothing found however the problem continued. I had to shout into the phone eventually. I paid €480. Like others I had to pay the courier charge to have it returned for repair!! Needless to say I was not happy. After wasting 7 months complaining/phone calls to Apple Support I opened a dispute against Eglobal with PayPal.. I returned the phone to Hong Kong as requested by PayPal . When phone was received in Hong Kong PayPal returned €480 to me. I was lucky to have paid with PayPal. I never buy online unless I use PayPal for added security. I have bought 5 cameras from Eglobal .. No problems with them. Maybe I was unlucky with my phone. I love the variety and prices Eglobal offer but there is NO AFTERSALES SERVICE.

warning, dont bother with this awful company, go and pay more with a reputable company. They dont ring you back, there chat service is non existant, there is no way of contacting them direct, they tell you your goods are being delivered and they dont arrive, then a week later they tell you that the item is about to be delivered and threaten you with a fine if no one is in to sign for it. my item which was a i phone eventually arrived while i was on holiday and the phone works fine, but i will never buy from e global central again.

I bought to items this week and both of them were canceled the next day getting the following email: We sent you this email to inform your order has been canceled due to one of below reason(s). 1) As per you request – We do understand your concerns and look forward to have you back. 2) Incomplete payment – Please place your order again, we are waiting. 3) Unavailability of stock – We didn’t want you to wait for longer time. 4) Unable to complete security verification within 5 working days. 5) No response to our emails – We’d love to hear back from you! Please next time send at least the proper reason: The payment was done successfully, the item is still in stock on your website and I didn't receive any email or notification from you.

Bought a camera that had to go back for a warranty return. Sent back 3 months ago and still not returned to me despite the fact they have confirmed it has been repaired. They sent back the wrong item and refused to return my camera until I sent them back the wrong parcel they sent me. Done this and still no camera. Yuo are unable to talk to anyone as they are not in the UK and you do not have Consumer protection as with a normal transactions. I would not purchase from them again and would advise anyone against it.

They kept me updated with my order. But that was it. After dispatched i could not communicate with them. They don't have a Phone number hence email is the only option and time zone difference does not help the case. They manged to mess up my order big time by not putting exact details on the Cover ex.door number my name. hence delivery company could not deliver 3 days in a row and then it was held at depot for a while. It is not UK retailer hence it will not covered by many uk laws. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE ABOVE COMPANY. PLEAS SEEK SOME OTHER WELL KNOWN OR REPUTABLE COMPANY WHO CAN COMMUNICATE WITH YOU. I LEARNED MY LESSON NOT USING A UK RETAILER ,I HOPE YOU DONT HAVE TO.

Ordered a camera that was stated to be in stock. 5 days later it is still not on their tacking system. Only a generic response to my several complaints. Never again.

After months of back and forth messages, my daughter still does not have the Christmas present we bought for her. The phone could not connect to UK networks despite exhaustive rebooting etc and then we were forced to send it back to then find that if we did not pay an additional £25 then the phone would be kept by them. Eventually I received the phone back, but without a battery or adapter. The company are no longer responding and I have little hope of a refund. £230 down the drain and a very sad daughter. Please do not use this company.

Well, you can add me to the growing list of people who have had to return a defective device. My Galaxy S7 Edge developed two faults after a few months, firstly a cluster of dead pixels and then it started crashing and rebooting (multiple times per day). So over three weeks ago I paid to return the item. After chasing it up several times I've finally had the message that everyone else gets when returning faulty items to this sham company. "With regard to your returned item, we would like to confirm that upon our inspection, the technician have checked thoroughly and unfortunately no obvious or previously indicated issue(s) were found. We could arrange the item to be sent back to you, however, there shall be a freight charge to be settle in order for us to further arrange the return shipment of GBP[25]." All you have to do is turn the phone and look at it! You can't miss the dead pixels, I even have photographs! So now what am I supposed to do? Pay £25 to have a faulty phone returned to me? My job is to now start legal proceedings (which I have done before with other companies like Motorola) but am not sure of my chances as although the have a UK website and a UK return address they are based in China. Had it not been for this event I would have given them a 5 star review, but you can only really base a company on how it reacts when things go wrong. I have bought many items from this company over the past few years (over £1000 worth of goods) and they have all been delivered. Wish me luck, and please learn from my mistake.

I sent them my phone after it stopped working under warranty. I sent them my phone, battery, charger, adaptor and cable. They took 4 months to repair the phone, then sent back only the wire and adaptor, despite opening multiple RMI cases with them they are not sending my phone back, all they say is that they have already delivered it even though they didn't. This is a rogue company with no contact number, honestly just stay away they are not worth the hassle and you might as well throw your money in a river than give it to them. THIS IS NOT A UK BASED COMPANY, IT IS A CHINA BASED COMPANY PLEASE JUST AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!!!!!!

This company is misleading and deceiving. They are not based in the U.K. As they'd have you believe, things cost you more cost of import duty. Customer service is appalling, they make it impossible to return items and have had to block my card as they tried to take more money-bank is informed and involved-AVOID at all costs!!

2 months ago I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge from Eglobal Central. It does not function well and can not be used properly. Contrary to their warranty conditions, I can send it to the UK per courier and the costs and risk are for me. Furthermore they did not give me a considerence period of 14 days, which they are legally obliged to do in our country. As a result this period is extended to 12 months and I asked my money back. They did not respond to this and you can only communicate via internet. Samsung does not do anything because the smartphone comes from outside Europe.

Avoid this company at all costs. They're website breaches various legislations here in the UK. At no point does it show that the products are no not designed for the UK market and are in fact Asian. This can be a massive problem for things such as smart watches, like in my case. If you get an Asian device many of the apps etc your wanting or used ti will not be avaliable to you as its not a UK device. Returning the goods is impossible. They're replies are useless and point you to their faqs which you don't do when making a purchase. It must be clear on the product page and shouldn't be expected to route around. Luckily I paid by credit card and my provider is issuing the refund. Avoid at all costs

That is surely your fault; there are many phones out there which do not work in the UK. It is up to the buyer to check that what they have ordered is the right item for them. I have bought such phones and then played with their firmware and software to make them work in the UK, but I knowingly took the risk when doing so.
Whatever issues there may be with this company, you cannot blame them if you ordered the wrong item!
