My family purchased a Nikon D3300 kit (with two lenses) from EGlobal Central as a Christmas present for me. The camera and lenses did arrive in time but half way through Christmas Day the 18-55mm lens 'stopped working'(camera not recognising the lens). Fortunately the other lens 55-200mm still worked OK. I submitted a number of requests to EGlobal Central to report the problem and to date still not heard from them (6 weeks later). Just after New Year I decided to get the lens repaired independently, using Nikon's worldwide warranty. The local repair centre sent the lens away for me only to be told by Nikon UK that the lens is a grey import and not covered by their warranty. I can now pay £162 to have the lens repaired or get a new one for about £100. There are cheaper ones advertised but not wanting to get caught with a grey import again. This company is a complete sham and should be avoided at all costs. Please don't be tempted by their prices. Another issue is that they provide a 'travel adaptor' to charge the batteries which is a non UK compliant adaptor. This does not comply with UK Regulations and is dangerous. Do not use if you received one, buy a separate CE compliant adaptor. I cannot believe companies like this are allowed to trade and advertise as UK based. If any Trading Standards Officers read this review please, please investigate E-Global Central.

Ordered a Samsung gear s2 watch last month , cancelled order and had money refunded , thought all was ok until checking bank this morning to find they have taken payment out again

Ordered Lumix FZ1000 for delivery for xmas don't want to reply to emails or give delivery date have had to go back to credit card to get a refund ,worst experience ever on buying on line LEAVE THIS COMPANY alone

Do not use this company. Ordered camera 14 December. Still waiting 22 January. No way to contact them other than e mail and they ignore that completely.

Don't bother with this lot they are in Hong Kong. Ordered a camera on 18 December 2015 and nothing has arrived a month later. Will have to get a refund via credit card company. Spend the extra cash with a supplier in your own country and you'll save a whole lot of heartache (and if you're looking for a camera like me you'll not have lost a whole load of photo opportunities. Can't imagine what would have happened if the camera was faulty.

Ordered Samsung S2 tablet 26 November. Was told it was out of stock as their replacement stock had arrived damaged. Tried to use their chat line, but it does not work, and they do not give a telephone contact number, so Emailed them 11 & 16 -December to cancel order, but tablet arrived 18 December. Was told eGlobal did not accept cancellations by email!! On opening tablet everything came on in Chinese, and I could not figure how to change text to English, or even turn tablet off. No helpline from eGlobal, of course, so I sent the tablet back - to Hong Kong, cost £17.50. EGlobal have threatened to charge me £65 in restocking fees, leaving me £82.50 out of pocket. I have told them if they do this I will take mattter up with Paypal, who must be getting fed up dealing with refunds from this company. I would suggest that everyone avoids this company.

eglobal took £340.66 for a camera/lens and case on 7/12/2015. After sending emails,still no goods,first time I've used this company and it will be the very last,no response from customer service,I will now go to Trading Standards. Well done eGLOBAL. 0/10 Rating.

I had my reservations after reading some of the other reviews but my Genuine iPad Air2 came within 7 working days and that was over the busy Christmas period. I could track the parcel using DPD tracking. Ruthlessly efficient!!! The company is based in Hong Kong, which is a little tricky regarding customer contact due to the time zone difference but they responded to all my messages and were very professional. The warrantry is only valid with the company, so any issues and you will have to send it back to Hong Kong at your own expense. I was prepared to accept that because I had a saving of £130. Let's face it, you have to be very unlucky to have issues with Apple products.

As a manufacturer and a online retailer i gave this company a chance to fulfil my requirements for Xmas Presents. Thinking that i would be protected by PayPal I foolishly Ordered 3 no apple ipad mini 2 at a cost off £497.97 on the 10/12/15 promised 5 to 7 day delivery still waiting. I have Tried contacting them via email but no response received. I have opened a PayPal dispute. They have responded to this by asking for additional supporting documents. What Supporting documents ? You have had my money and not sent the goods ! Be Aware that this is NOT a UK Based company You are not Protected !

I bought a Nikon Camera from EGlobal. It took 4 weeks to arrive. I got billed £61 customs duty. The SeriL number on the box was hand written. I scanned the bar code o n the box and it told me it contain a phone cable. The warranty had been removed from the box. They never give a sensible answer to any of the emails I sent. Their live chat doesn't work on their website. There returns policy is a joke. Fortunately I paid for my item through pay pal and got a refund on the grounds of it being counterfeit goods. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AND I WOULD GIVE IT MINUS 100 stars if I could. PLEASE PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF THINKING YOU ARE SAVING A FEW POUNDS. ITS NOT WORTH ALL THE STRESS. WHY ARE YOU CALLED EGLOBAL CENTRAL UK WHEN YOU ARENT ACTUALLY IN THE UK... YOU ARE IN HONG KONG. COST ME £23 TO SEND THE CAMERA BACK.

Horrify company as all the negative reviews suggest. Made a big mistake of checking reviews after I had purchased and now 20 days after purchase I have no iPad, no communication from them and fake automated tracking info that doesn't exist when I contacted the courier company. Have had to open a case with PayPal. Horrific bunch!!

warranty very bad customer service if you have problem with warranty. bought two phone from their website and realise they are fake phone come from Hong Kong. anything goes wrong manufacturer will not cover under warranty because they buy them from HK.

Made an order for a new phone on 9 December 2015 as a Christmas gift based on the company's 6-8 day delivery guidelines. It's now 31 December and despite having paid for it, I have no idea where my product is. I have written to them over 10 times but only every receive automated responses. I have noticed that on other websites the company have blocked bad reviews, if only they put as much time and effort into customer service. Don't waste your money on these clowns.

Just a friendly warning trying to help other people from making the same mistake as me. My son was desperate for a Samsung gear S2 watch and the only one l could find available was on Eglobal.......now we know why! Watch received but is not for UK sale so no warranty and when we scanned the warranty bar code it refers to an old style flip phone.....all instructions in Chinese and not compatible with Samsung cell phone. Eglobal is not available to contact by phone and you can only e mail them and hope for a response

My order ( paid by a bank transfer at 9.11.2015) haven't been realised. The money haven't been returned too. There was also no answer for most of my emails (if they sent any email back, it usually had not an answer for my questions). All of these indicate, that it can be a freud. Don't buy any things in eGlobal Central

Hellow everyone, I bought the samsung galaxy j7 on eglobal. I did my order on monday same as the payment. Wednesday the payment was arrived at hong kong and then shipping started. at 12.00pm my order was shipt to belgium. I recieved a track and trace number from the kourier (in this case dhl) so you can follow the whole journey of your order. This was something i really liked. You can see where your shipment is on that moment on that time. Today friday (only 2 days later) i am typing tis review with my samsung j7 that i just recieved this morning.. so i hope you get as much as lucky with your order like i did! Bye bye
