I ordered a set of what I thought were genuine ATH-M50 headphones from this site. When I received them they only worked in mono. After months of trying to get candy save to take them back for repair I eventually contacted the manufacturer, Audio technica, who said theyd be happy yo repair them. AFter a few days I received an email from audio technica telling me the head phones were fake!

Avoid Candy Save like the plague.

Ordered a phone case off their website - it said it was in stock, so I ordered it as a Christmas present. I got an email confirming my order, so I left it for a while.

A week or so later I hadn't received the product, so I went onto their website to check the status only to see it was 'processing'. I dropped them an email, and about 24 hours later I got a reply to say it was out of stock, and they wouldn't get any more for weeks (Even though it still says it's 'in stock' on their website!). They told me to choose another product or get a refund. I asked for a refund, but 3 days later I haven't heard anything back, and haven't got a refund. My order still says 'processing'. Luckily I paid on my credit card so will cancel it with Barclaycard.

Anyway - the website is an absolute con, don't buy from them!
